Short breaks

It may be possible to stay for shorter periods outside of the main holiday periods, subject to availability and a minimum stay of four nights. Short breaks will only be considered four weeks before the holiday date and within a Saturday to Saturday period.  Daily rate 20% of weekly rate – 4 night minimum short break booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of an on-line bank transfer.Please contact us to check availability.

No pets • No smoking inside building (short hallway leads to private entrance) • No hen/stag parties • Under 25? - Please contact us for Availability • Changeover day Saturday. • Arrival is after 3pm. Departure before 10am. • 25% deposit on booking with full balance payable 6 weeks prior to stay • £150 security deposit – repayable within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory inspection • Payments accepted by bank transfer or cheque.
